We are delighted to announce the publication of important articles from marxist.com into the Kurdish language, thanks to the enthusiastic work of dedicated Kurdish-speaking comrades. We are proud to be able to make these translations, which have been published on the Kurdish section of the Arabic language website of the International Marxist Tendency marxy.com, available on the Kurdish language section of marxist.com. We are certain that they will play a valuable role in theoretically equipping a new generation of class fighters in the Kurdish-speaking world.

The International Marxist Tendency is delighted to announce the Summer 2022 edition of the In Defence of Marxism theoretical journal! This latest issue features two in-depth examinations of topics which all Marxists would be well served to study and understand: the American Civil War, which Marx himself commented upon, and Marxism, Money and Inflation, the relevancy of which is plain for all to see. Το Σάββατο 9 Ιουλίου, δεκάδες χιλιάδες απλοί κάτοικοι της Σρι Λάνκα ξεπέρασαν το χάος των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς για να φτάσουν στην πρωτεύουσα, Κολόμπο. Τα οδοφράγματα της αστυνομίας παραμερίστηκαν σαν σπιρτόξυλα και οι μάζες στάθηκαν μπροστά στα σκαλιά της επίσημης κατοικίας του προέδρου. Και μετά, πήγαν μπροστά. Οι μάζες, στην πλημμυρίδα του «αραγκαλάγια» (αγώνα) τους ξεχείλισαν ξαφνικά τα ασφαλή κανάλια που είχε στήσει η άρχουσα τάξη για να τις κρατήσει μακριά από την πολιτική. Het Amerikaanse Hooggerechtshof heeft vandaag het Roe v. Wade-arrest, dat sinds 1973 het recht op abortus grondwettelijk beschermt, vernietigd. Verwacht wordt dat tientallen staten de komende dagen en weken verschillende gradaties van abortusverboden en -beperkingen zullen aankondigen.

No sábado, 9 de julho, dezenas de milhares de cidadãos comuns do Sri Lanka superaram o caos do transporte para chegar à capital, Colombo. As barricadas da polícia foram varridas como caixas de fósforo, e as massas ficaram diante dos degraus da residência oficial do presidente. E então, elas avançaram. As massas, na enxurrada de sua “aragalaya” (luta), de repente transbordaram os canais seguros que a classe dominante havia erguido para mantê-las fora da política. Em poucos minutos, milhares de pessoas tomaram conta da residência presidencial. Em poucas horas, o presidente, escondido, foi forçado a marcar a data de sua renúncia.
